Summary: Second time at this home on Keuka Lake. Had a wonderful time on the dock and in the water. Was able to use the kayaks and water floats provided by the owner. Location is close to great restaurants in Penn Yan and Geneva, a stellar bakery in Penn Yan, a great brewery less than five minutes away and a nice farm market down the road. Our family of five had plenty of space to gather together and space to be on our own to read a book, watch tv or listen to the waves in the screened in porch. Every room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We are so glad we came back to this home and were able to spend time together on Keuka Lake.

Summary: We had a fantastic time! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, basic cooking needs. Everywhere was clean and the beds were comfortable. Extra towels were provided which was a bonus! The only downfall was by the end of the road where we stayed there was not a lot of parking and a little tight but there is a side street which was nice. Derrick was super nice and friendly, quick to respond if he had a question. Location was great < 10 min away from great wineries and breweries. Definitely would stay again!

Summary: Great house on the lake. Wonderful views and great accessibility to the town and surounding breweries. House was clean and well maintained. The deck was great. I would absolutely rent this house again.
